Rhonda Davis

Rhonda received her Real Estate license in 2017. She was raised on a farm in western Greene County. After receiving an Accounting Degree from Arkansas State University she worked for the former Kirk Equipment Company (now Legacy) then she became a CPA and worked in the St. Louis area. After a move back to northeast Arkansas she began a career with Paragould Light Water and Cable where she recently retired as their Chief Financial Officer after 30 years.

While her and her family have remained involved in agriculture she has also been involved in various community activities. She is the Arkansas Methodist Medical Center board treasurer, a board member of the Greene County Arkansas Community Foundation, a volunteer with the local Christian Women Job Corp, and a graduate of Leadership Paragould. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Rhonda’s focus will be in agricultural real estate. She and her family have a long history of involvement in agricultural real estate and ranching and she looks forward to providing professional services to owners and investors. These services would include Market Analysis, Pricing Strategy, Identification of qualified buyers, and determining the most effective method of marketing and selling.
